Services · Global solutions

From site survey to live traffic, one team owns the build.

New routes, equipment refreshes and migrations stall when work is split between too many suppliers. We take responsibility for the whole project, so you have one plan, one schedule and one point of contact until your network is carrying traffic.

Why it matters

Where a network design becomes a working service

Most delays happen in the gaps: equipment that arrives at the wrong site, a hut without power, a cutover window missed because two contractors were waiting on each other. Our global solutions team closes those gaps by running every stage under one programme.

We bring the carriers, equipment vendors, landlords and your own engineers into a single schedule, and we stay accountable for the result, whether you are adding one route or rolling out equipment across several countries.

How we deliver

Our six-stage delivery lifecycle

Each stage has a named owner, agreed exit criteria and written records, so you always know where the project stands.

  1. Plan the programme

Scope, schedule and risk register agreed up front, with governance, sustainment planning and step-by-step procedures written for every site and change.

  2. Survey and prepare sites

We visit each location, confirm space, power and access, clear conflicts early, then kit, ship and track every item, including returns.

  3. Engineer the build

Requirements turned into site designs and a bill of materials. We source the equipment, then configure and stage it before it travels.

  4. Install, test and turn up

Hardware, software and cabling installed to site standards, labelled, tested against agreed acceptance criteria and brought into service.

  5. Cut over and control change

Traffic moved onto the new build in planned windows, inside your change-control process, with quality checks and as-built records at handover.

  6. Retire legacy equipment

Old equipment decommissioned and removed safely, with asset records updated and kit returned, reused or disposed of as you instruct.

What you can expect

One accountable partner, every stage

A single point of contact

One programme lead coordinates every carrier, vendor and site team, so nothing falls between suppliers.

Evidence at each step

Survey reports, designs, test results and as-built records delivered as the work happens, not at the end.

Carrier-neutral thinking

We work across many carriers and equipment vendors, and choose what fits your route, timeline and budget.

Where we help

Projects we take on

  • New fibre routes and optical segments for government and defence networks
  • Capacity upgrades, such as moving a transport network to 100G
  • Multi-site equipment rollouts across countries
  • Migrating live services off legacy circuits and equipment
