Lower impact connectivity
Efficient routing
We design routes to use existing fibre and capacity wherever possible, avoiding unnecessary new construction.
Low-carbon data centres
Our points of presence are hosted in data centres that use renewable or low-carbon energy.
Equipment reuse and recycling
End-of-life network equipment is reused where possible and otherwise recycled responsibly, in line with WEEE regulations.
Low-travel operations
We work remotely by default, support circuits from our network operations centre and keep business travel to what is necessary.

Anti-bribery and corruption
We have zero tolerance of bribery and corruption, in line with the UK Bribery Act, and expect the same of everyone we work with.
Sanctions screening
Customers, suppliers and routes are checked against UK, EU and U.S. sanctions lists before we commit to a circuit.
Responsible supply chain
We expect our suppliers to respect human rights and to take steps to prevent forced labour and modern slavery in their operations.
Data protection
We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR, as set out in our privacy policy.
