International wavelengths

DSV24 Limited designs, sources, tests and manages international point-to-point circuits for governments, carriers and data centres. We combine the right underlying carriers into one route and stay accountable for it end to end.
Most international circuits pass through several networks between the two ends. We take responsibility for all of them. We engineer the route, select the carriers for each segment, flow down the customer's requirements, test the circuit before handover and manage it in service.
We work where routing is difficult: diverse pairs that must never share a path, routes that must avoid named countries or subsea systems, and access into government and military sites.

Point-to-point connectivity, built from the best available segments and handed over as one tested service.
High-capacity point-to-point wavelengths across borders, from cable landing stations to data centres and customer sites.
Layer 2 circuits with defined MTU, VLAN handling and MACsec pass-through where required.
Circuit pairs with documented physical separation, and routes that avoid named countries, waters or cable systems.
Backhaul from subsea landing stations to inland data centres, exchanges and neighbouring countries.
Every circuit is tested against the customer's criteria before activation, with results supplied at handover.
One accountable contact for faults, reporting and changes across every carrier on the path.
We respond to circuit lease requirements from contracting offices in Europe and beyond, and we flow the contract's terms down to every carrier on the route.
One contract and one contact for the whole circuit, however many networks it crosses.
We choose each segment on route, capacity and compliance, not on whose network it is.
Every proposal names the cable systems, border crossings and segment owners, with KMZ files.
We find where paths converge, including building entries and exchanges, and design around them.
No circuit goes live until it passes the customer's acceptance tests.
Covered-equipment checks and contract flow-downs are part of carrier selection from day one.
A-end, B-end, interface, capacity, diversity and routing exclusions confirmed.
Feasible paths mapped, convergence points identified, KMZ drafted.
Segments quoted by carriers, with ownership and lead times confirmed.
§889 representations collected and contract terms flowed down.
Circuit built and tested to Y.1564 and the customer's criteria.
Test results supplied. One contact for faults and reporting.

Government and enterprise circuits, including routes between Europe and the Levant and Gulf.
We are carrier-neutral. We build each circuit from the best available segments owned by established carriers, and we hold the contract and the responsibility for the whole path.
Yes. We design to exclusion lists and confirm in writing, segment by segment, that the route complies. We supply KMZ route files with proposals.
We map both paths from building entry to building entry and find every shared duct, exchange or crossing. Where they converge, we propose separate entrances, different serving operators or a short build.
Yes. DSV24 Limited has an active SAM registration.
Both end addresses, the interface and capacity, the term, any diversity or routing requirements, and the solicitation reference if there is one.
