Learn more →DSV24 Limited designs, delivers and manages international point-to-point circuits for governments, carriers and enterprises. Our managed network, points of presence and 24/7 network operations centre provide continuous monitoring and support from handover onwards.
We provide end-to-end accountability for the circuits we deliver. Our engineers design the route, coordinate delivery across our network, points of presence and selected carrier infrastructure, test it against your acceptance criteria before handover, and run it in service from our 24/7 network operations centre.
We work where routing is difficult: diverse pairs engineered to avoid shared infrastructure and known convergence points, routes that must avoid named countries or subsea systems, and access into government and military sites.

Point-to-point connectivity, engineered for your route and handed over as one tested, fully managed service.
One team to take your network project from first site visit to live traffic, including installation, cutover and removal of old equipment.
Learn more →High-capacity point-to-point wavelengths across borders, from cable landing stations to data centres and customer sites.
Learn more →Layer 2 circuits with defined MTU, VLAN handling and MACsec pass-through where required.
Learn more →Circuit pairs with documented physical separation, and routes that avoid named countries, waters or cable systems.
Learn more →Backhaul from subsea landing stations to inland data centres, exchanges and neighbouring countries.
Learn more →Circuits are tested against agreed customer acceptance criteria before service handover, with applicable results supplied at handover.
Round-the-clock monitoring and fault management through our 24/7 network operations centre, with one contact for reporting and changes.
Secure, diverse circuits for government departments, defence and agencies, engineered around applicable contract and security requirements.
Routes and capacity beyond your own footprint, delivered and supported as one managed circuit.
Private links between offices, data centres and cloud, across borders.
Latency-optimised, diverse routes for trading, payments and data replication.
Resilient connections between hospitals, clinics and data centres.
High-capacity links for universities and research networks.
Wavelengths and Ethernet between data centres, clouds and points of presence.
Reliable links between plants, warehouses and head offices in different countries.
Connectivity for logistics hubs, ports and transport operators across borders.
DSV24 provides international connectivity for government and public-sector requirements, including physically diverse routing, geographic and cable-system exclusions, documented route information, controlled site-access coordination and managed operational support.
Applicable security, supply-chain, contractual and procurement requirements are incorporated into circuit design and delivery. Route documentation, including KMZ files and latency information, is provided where available and applicable to the service.
Applicable Section 889 supply-chain requirements and representations are addressed in accordance with DSV24's current SAM registration, contractual requirements and applicable federal acquisition provisions.
Selected circuits designed, delivered and managed by DSV24. Customer and route details are withheld under confidentiality obligations.
One contract and one contact for the whole circuit, from design to daily operation.
Our 24/7 NOC provides continuous monitoring and leads fault coordination and restoration.
Proposals identify cable systems and border crossings where route information is available, with KMZ route files supplied where applicable.
We find where paths converge, including building entries and exchanges, and design around them.
Circuits are tested against agreed acceptance criteria before service handover.
Applicable contractual, security and supply-chain requirements are incorporated into route design, supplier coordination and service delivery.
A-end, B-end, interface, capacity, diversity and routing exclusions confirmed.
Feasible paths mapped, convergence points identified, KMZ drafted.
Required capacity is coordinated across the planned route and delivery lead times are confirmed.
Applicable supply-chain and contractual compliance requirements are reviewed as part of route design and delivery.
Circuit built and tested to Y.1564 and the customer's criteria.
Test results supplied. 24/7 NOC support from day one.
Government and enterprise circuits, including routes between Europe and the Levant and Gulf.
Through our network, points of presence and selected carrier infrastructure, we hand off circuits across Europe, Southwest and Central Asia, Africa, the Americas and Asia-Pacific, and reach the subsea systems that link them.
Indicative routes drawn from carrier network maps, not to scale. Hover a line for the cable name.
UK-wide fibre reaching 600+ PoPs and 90+ commercial data centres.
AAE-1 lands in Greece (Chania), Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Djibouti, Qatar, Oman, the UAE and Pakistan.
Locations are subject to availability and confirmed per order. Need a location not listed? Send us both ends and we will source the route.
Our 24/7 network operations centre. It monitors the circuits we manage and is your single point of contact for faults, reporting and changes. Reach it at [email protected].
Yes. We design to exclusion lists and confirm route compliance in writing. KMZ route files are supplied where available and applicable.
We assess both paths from building entry to building entry and identify known shared ducts, exchanges, crossings and other convergence points. Where convergence is identified, we can propose alternative entrances, serving operators or route modifications, subject to feasibility and available carrier route information.
Yes. DSV24 Limited has an active SAM registration.
Both end addresses, the interface and capacity, the term, and any diversity or routing requirements.
Send us the two ends and the requirement. We reply with feasible routes, lead times and budgetary pricing.
